MindGenius license file has been moved or deleted

Problem

You receive the following error message:

Solution

1. Click the Start button (Windows XP users should then click Run).
2. Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
3. Locate MindGenius and click Remove.
4. Click the Start button (Windows XP users should then click Run).
5. Type regedit and press Enter..
6. Expand the folder structure to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > vdsp
7. Delete vdsp.
8. Close the registry editor.

If you then get an Activation error message call MindGenius to retrieve an activation code on 01355 24 7766
