Can’t create mp3 files in Kurzweil

Problem

You are unable to create mp3 files using Kurzweil.

Solution

Download the following file: lame_enc.zip (Lame Mp3 Encoder dll)

1. Close Kurzweil.
2. Extract the file from the zip called lame_enc.dll
3. Make copies of the file in the following folders:
• C:\Windows
• C:\Windows\System
• C:\Windows\System32
4. Try opening Kurzweil again.
