Print using only black ink on a Canon Printer

Select the correct tab for your operating system:

PC

1. In your program you want to print from, click the Print button.
2. Click Preferences or Properties. This button should be above the Find Printer button.
3. Find the checkbox “Grayscale Printing” and check it.
4. Click OK
5. Proceed to printing.

Mac

1. In your program you want to print from, click the Print button.
2. Change the “Copies & Pages” dropdown to “Quality & Media”
3. Find the checkbox “Grayscale Printing” and check it.
4. Click Print.
