Problem
When running “Increase Accuracy from E-mail” for the first time after Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11 is installed, one of the following errors may appear:
- No Microsoft Outlook mail database was found. Please make sure Microsoft Outlook is running.
- This program is not compatible with the version of MS Outlook installed on your system.
Cause
These errors may occur when “Increase Accuracy from E-mail” is run after creating the first user profile, and when Microsoft Office 2007 is installed but not currently opened.
Solution
The issue will not occur if “Increase Accuracy from E-mail” is run after the first user profile is created, or if Microsoft Outlook 2007 is open when running the process. If Microsoft Outlook cannot be opened during the process, it is suggested to perform the “Increase Accuracy from E-mail” process at a later time.To run the “Increase Accuracy from E-mail” process after the user profile has been created, follow the steps below:
- Launch Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11.
- Open the user profile.
- Click “Vocabulary > Learn from sent e-mails”.
- Click the “Next” button.
- Select Microsoft Outlook.
- Select the desired options.
- Click the “Next” button to proceed with scanning the e-mail box.
