Problem
Zoomtext reads out “No valid verification file in zoomtext, contact your Zoomtext provider.”
This can be caused by Zoomtext not being registered/activated or using a 3rd party voice you do not have a licence to use.
Solution
- Check in the about section under Help that it is already registered and activated.
- If it is not then follow these steps on the Zoomtext website (you will need your licence key).
- Once registered and activated, go to Reader and then Settings.
- Change it to a default Zoomtext voice.
