No valid verification file in ZoomText


Zoomtext reads out “No valid verification file in zoomtext, contact your Zoomtext provider.”
This can be caused by Zoomtext not being registered/activated or using a 3rd party voice you do not have a licence to use.


  1. Check in the about section under Help that it is already registered and activated.
  2. Once registered and activated, go to Reader and then Settings.
  3. Change it to a default Zoomtext voice.
