Can’t view Telephone Numbers in Firefox

Problem

When using Firefox, you cannot view a phone number on some webpages.

Cause

There is a problem with the Skype extension for Firefox.

Solution

1. In Firefox, click Tools -> Addons.
2. Find “Skype extension for Firefox” and click the Disable or Uninstall button..
3. It will say “Restart Firefox to make changes”. Click the Restart button.
