Problem
When you click on the battery icon on the top menu you see one of the following messages:
- Replace Soon
- Replace Now
- Service Battery
Solution
There are a few procedures that you can try although if they do not help, then you will need to get a replacement battery:
- If the battery is not detachable: Reset the System Management Controller (SMC).
- Re-calibrate the battery.
