- Find out what your product key is.
- Go to this link.
- Enter your product key.
- Follow the rest of the instructions and click the Submit button.
You will then be able to download and install the MSI edition of Microsoft Office 2010.

Does Microsoft Office Starter even have a product key?
I have uninstalled Click to Run 2010, but the Q: drive still remains, as does Microsoft Office Starter 2010.
Any suggestions?
