Unable to scan with Canon MP280 in Lion

Problem

After installing your Canon MP280 Multifunction you may have difficulty scanning images. There may also be no scan options for it in System Preferences.

Solution

Download and install the following updated Canon drivers for Mac OS X Lion 10.7:

• Canon MP280 TWAIN compliant driver
• Canon MP280 ICA driver
