Problem
MindView 4 will not open. In the Applications folder, the MindView 4 folder has a red no access sign over it.
Solution
- Right click (or Ctrl + click) on the MindView folder and click Get Info.
- Expand the “Sharing & Permissions” section.
- In the bottom right, click the padlock icon.
- Enter your password if you have one and press Enter.
- Next to the name “everyone” it will say “No Access”. Change this to “Read only”.
- Close the Get Info window.
