Click the Start button. Click All Programs. Go to Accessories -> System Tools and click on Disk Defragmenter. Click on your hard drive. Click the “Defragment disk” or “Defragment” button.
Problem When running Windows using BootCamp it runs slow and takes a very long time to defragment with the hard disk formatted with the FAT32 file system. Solution Convert your Windows partition from FAt32 to NTFS.
