To change the setting for your Desktop and folders:
- Click the Finder icon (smiley face) in the Dock.
- On the top menu click View -> Show View Options
- From here you can change the icon and text size.
There isn’t a setting to affect all applications. You would need to find the setting for larger fonts for each application seperately.
