Problem When opening a word document is says it cannot open it as the file is corrupted. Solution Go to RepairMyWord.com. Download the free program and run it. Click on Open/Repair to load the word file that is corrupted. Click Save and choose a filename. The file will now open in Word.

ClaroRead showing OCR Upside Down
Problem When scanning books into ClaroRead, they appear upside down and the OCR is unable to read it. Solution This issue has been fixed in an update. You will need to update ClaroRead.
Problems playing DVDs or Video files
Problem You are unable to play some video files or DVDs in your media player. Solution Download, install and use VLC Player as it has codecs built into the software and is able to play the majority of downloaded media types.
