Problem
When opening Dragon Naturally Speaking you get the error:
“Unable to find the file: C:\Windows\Speech\VCMD.exe”

When opening Dragon Naturally Speaking you get the error:

C\WINDOWS\SPEECH\\VCMD.EXE\WHEN INSTALLING DRAGON NATURALLY SPEAKING 10.MSE. CAN NOT FIND FILES
Same problem as Carrles (11/24/’211 I installed hotfix.exe still no joy.
