ClaroRead crashes when setting a scanner to use ReadIris

Problem

When setting up a scanner to use ReadIris in ClaroRead it crashes.

Solution

1. Make sure ClaroRead and ReadIris are fully closed.
2. Go to the user folder, then Library/Preferences
3. Remove any files that contain: com.claro
4. Remove any files that contain: com.irislink
5. Remove the ReadIris 11 Prefs folder.

Now try setting up the scanner in ClaroRead again.
