ReadIris won’t scan using ClaroRead for Mac
Problem When using ClaroRead for Mac, ReadIris will load but won’t scan anything. Solution Make sure the scanner is set in the ClaroRead and ReadIris preferences. If that doesn’t work, then try running ReadIris in 32bit and running updates.
Wireless Scanner doesn’t work with Read & Write Gold
Wireless scanners are currently unsupported in Texthelp Read & Write Gold. It has only been programmed with a wired connection in mind. This applies to the PC and Mac version.
