ReadIris won’t scan using ClaroRead for Mac

Problem

When using ClaroRead for Mac, ReadIris will load but won’t scan anything.

Solution

Make sure the scanner is set in the ClaroRead and ReadIris preferences.
If that doesn’t work, then try running ReadIris in 32bit and running updates.
