Delayed audio in Logic Pro

Problem

Even with audio files (.wav, .aiff etc) the sound will be delayed and play audio later than the sound wave indicates.

Solution

1. Close Logic Pro
2. Go to your home folder.
3. Go to Library -> Preferences.
4. Delete any files containing com.apple.logic.
