How to make Control Panel shortcuts in Windows 7

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. In the top right where it says ‘View By’ change it to ‘Large icons’ or ‘Small icons.’
3. Right click the option you want then click ‘Create shortcut’.

It will now appear on the Desktop.
