Problem
When launching Safari, you get the error:
“We’re sorry, but the Safari browser version you are currently using does not support the community toolbar.”
and the plugin appears to not be installed.”
Solution
- Go to your main hard drive (usually Macintosh HD)
- Go to the Library folder.
- Go to the Application Support folder.
- Delete the Condult folder.
Thank you for the reply to the problem. Great step by step way to solve the problem. Not a bunch of writing.
Thanks.
Thanks for this advice as Conduit is present in other Libraries as well. Now all should be back to normal.
Thanks! With your advice I finally got rid of that f***ing community toolbar error message, which disturbed the touchpad “secondary click” functions as well.
I’m running Mac OSX lion on my mac & cannot find the conduit folder. The message keeps appearing.
