CTLoader Error when opening Safari

Problem

When launching Safari on Mac OS X you get the following error:

CTLoader
“Toolbar has not been tested on this version.
Toolbar bundle will not be loaded”

Solution

1. Quit Safari.
2. Go on your main hard drive (usually Macintosh HD).
3. Go to the /Applications/Toolbars/Vuze folder.
4. Run the Uninstall app.
