Activation Invalid when opening Read & Write 10

Problem

When you open Read & Write 10, you are asked to enter your activation serial number. Once you enter your code and click OK you get the message “Activation was successful.”
However another message then appears stating that the activation is invalid.

Solution

1. Go to the folder where Read & Write 10 is installed.
   By default it is installed in one of these folders:
• C:\Program Files\Texthelp Systems\Read & Write 10\
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Texthelp Systems\Read & Write 10\
2. Find the application file called “ReadAndWrite”.
3. Right click it and select Run as administrator.
4. Click Continue or Allow if prompted.

Now try activating the program again.
