Restore defaults for .exe and .zip files

Problem

You are unable to open .exe or .zip files.
When you attempt to do so you may be asked to select a program to open the file with.

Cause

This is usually the result of malware or viruses.

Solution

1. Download the appropriate file above and run it.
• If it just displays text in a new page, then try right clicking the link and selecting Save Target As or Save Link As.
2. Click Continue and/or Yes if prompted when opening the file.
