Problem
When you launch the Read & Write 10 Demo you get an the following error:
“Serial Number is not valid or missing Read & Write will now close”
Cause
This is because you are opening the application from within the zip file. By launching it this way, it is not able to run other dependable files.
Solution
Extract the contents of the zip file, then open the application.
Hello my name is Victoria Pickwell i have the read and wright software. Recently i have applied to the DSA for a disabled allowance, but they need the cereal code for my current read and wright before they can give me the updated version. So i was wondering if you could give me advice on how to find out what the serial number is.

Hi Victoria,
You will need to contact the company which supplied the software to you as they may have a copy of the code. They may have also supplied you with one somewhere in your computer’s paperwork.
