Problem Whilst installing, or with Microsoft Security Essentials installed you get the following message: “Windows did not pass genuine validation. Security Essentials will become disabled in 30 days if you do not resolve this issue.” Cause Windows is unable to verify that it is genuine. Solution Activate Windows.
Can’t view Telephone Numbers in Firefox
Problem When using Firefox, you cannot view a phone number on some webpages. Cause There is a problem with the Skype extension for Firefox. Solution In Firefox, click Tools -> Addons. Find “Skype extension for Firefox” and click the Disable or Uninstall button.. It will say “Restart Firefox to make changes”. Click the Restart button.
