Blank Print Preview in Internet Explorer

When you bring up the Print Preview in Internet Explorer, you just get a blank page with some text at the bottom. You may also have problems printing.

Integrity settings are not set correctly for a specific folder or Protected Mode may be preventing the page from being displayed.

  1. Press the Windows key + R.
  2. Type cmd and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
  3. Select all the text in the box below and press Ctrl + C to Copy it.
    mkdir %temp%\Low
    icacls %temp%\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low
  4. Right click in the Command Prompt window and click Paste.
  5. Press Enter and the Command Prompt should close.

Alternatively, if that does not work then Disable Protected Mode in Internet Explorer.

  1. I have gone through the above steps and it worked , but only once, and now repeating the same steps still leaves preview print of email messages blank.

    Any other solution?

  2. This worked once, but after rebooting, the problem returned. It’s not very practical to run the command after each reboot
