Can’t open Inspiration documents without Inspiration being open

Problem

You can’t open Inspiration documents without Inspiration open.

Cause

The Inspiration file type (.ifs) does not have the correct settings.

Solution

1. Right click on an Inspiration document and select Open With -> Choose default program…
2. Click Browse.
3. In the address bar for the window that appears, type “C:\ProgramData” and press Enter.
4. Open the Inspiration folder.
5. Click on the Inspiration application and click Open.
6. Click OK.
