Problem
When installing and registering any of these educational versions of software you have an error saying the code is invalid:
- Sibelius
- Media Composer
- Pro 10 Tools
Cause
This is because you have to go through the eligibility process before you can be given a activation code.
Solution
The code verification code insert is located inside the product packaging and you use it on this website to enter your details, you will also be asked to upload documentation for proof you are in Education. Once you have been through the verification process you will receive the registration codes. This process can take up to 2 working days.
