Read & Write Gold 10 is unable to scan multiple pages

Problem

When using Read & Write Gold 10 on Windows you are unable to scan multiple pages using the scanning feature, however you may be able to scan single pages without an issue.

Cause

This is a known issue and the cause is due to the fact you are using the a 64 bit operating system.

Solution

Please make sure Read and Write Gold is closed before following these steps:

1. Right click on Read & Write shortcut located on either your Desktop, Taskbar or the Start Menu.
2. Click on “Properties”
3. Click on “Compatibility”
4. At the bottom of the Compatibility tab please tick “Run this program as an administrator”
5. Click “OK”
