Adding a separator page to your printer

Adding a separator page is a useful feature if you would like to separate each print job you send to your printer. It can also be useful if you have multiple users that have access to the same printer as this states who has sent the document to the printer and gives a date and time of when this was sent.


  1. Open Control Panel and navigate to Devices and Printers
  2. Right-click on the printer and select Printer properties
  3. In the advanced tab, select Separator Page, then browse to select the local copy of the separator page file. Click open, and click OK.
