Problem This article applies to Windows 7. Even when you have closed the narrator, it keeps popping up at random times. Solution Click the Start button, then click Control Panel. Click on Ease of Access. Click Ease of Access Center. Click on ‘Use the Computer Without Display’. Uncheck ‘Turn On Narrator’. Click the Save Button.
