Scan in higher than 600dpi in MP Navigator

Problem

You are unable to change the DPI setting in MP Navigator to higher than 600 on your Mac.

Solution

1. Open MP Navigator.
2. Click Scan and when presented with the scan options, check the box that says ‘Use the scanner driver’, then click the green button saying ‘Open Scanner Driver’.

   
   

3.  In the new window, click Advanced Mode and you can change the DPI from there.
