Windows Vista or above: C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking\Users
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\ApplicationData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking\Users\
To backup your user files, make a copy of the folder with your username.
