Enable Administrator User for Windows 7 & Vista
To Enable the Administrator: Open a Command Prompt as Administrator. Type net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter. The Administrator user will now appear on the login window. To Disable the Administrator: Do the same above but use the net user administrator /active:no command.
