Problem
With a Kaspersky product installed, you are unable to connect to the Internet with your wireless connection.
Solution
You need to disable the Kaspersky NDIS Filter:
- Click the Start button (Windows XP users should then click Run).
- Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
- Right click on your wireless connection and click Properties.
- Uncheck the Kaspersky NDIS Filter and click OK.
