Problem
NetUpdate won’t let you install any updates and shows an exclamation mark next to some items stating your Intego subscription has expired when it hasn’t.
Solution
- Open VirusBarrier X6 (or whatever version you are using).
- Click VirusBarrier X6 in the top left and click De-Authorize this computer.
- It will ask you if you are sure. Confirm this. The problem will now close.
- Re-open the program and enter your Name and Serial Number.
- Now try NetUpdate again.
