This problem has been resolved by Sonnocent and should not affect new customers.
Problem
Audio Notetaker will not accept your genuine product code.
Cause
As of May 2010 there have been product codes shipped out that will not be accepted by the program as they have had an 4 extra digits in front of the serial number.
Solution
This is only applicable for serial codes where the fifth and sixth characters are AN.
When putting the code in, ignore the first 4 digits.
