Problem with MP270 not scanning

Problem

When trying to scan using the MP270 on Mac OS X, nothing happens or the program closes.

Solution

  1. Download and install the latest version of MP Navigator EX.
  2. Run the MP Navigator EX application to test the scan, then try scanning in the program you originally experienced the error in.

    1. The version of MP Navigator EX supplied in the box may have not been compatible with the version of your Mac OS X operating system.
