Problem
When trying to scan using the MP270 on Mac OS X, nothing happens or the program closes.
Solution
- Download and install the latest version of MP Navigator EX.
- Run the MP Navigator EX application to test the scan, then try scanning in the program you originally experienced the error in.
Worked like a dream – thank you! (Though with OSX I’m not used to having to download and install anything manually – what went wrong there?)
The version of MP Navigator EX supplied in the box may have not been compatible with the version of your Mac OS X operating system.
