Problem with MP270 not scanning
Problem When trying to scan using the MP270 on Mac OS X, nothing happens or the program closes. Solution Download and install the latest version of MP Navigator EX. Run the MP Navigator EX application to test the scan, then try scanning in the program you originally experienced the error in.
When scanning to Readiris the program just quits
Problem When you try to scan from ReadIris, the program exits. Solution Close all programs. Go to your home folder. From there, go to Library/Preferences/ and move the ‘ReadIris 11 Prefs’ folder to the Trash. Then try scanning again.
ClaroRead Plus on Mac does nothing when asked to Scan
