Problem
The Plantronics Calisto Bluetooth headset that was provided with Dragon Dictate or MacSpeech will pair using the Mac’s built in Bluetooth function but will not appear as a recognised audio input in the software.
Cause
The headset is not supposed to be paired by running the Mac Bluetooth application.
Solution
Use the provided Bluetooth USB Adapter and instructions to pair the devices.
