Problem
You see this error followed by your activation code (as see with x’s below) when trying to register your Dragon Dictate software:
Cause
This is because the software registration files have become corrupt or were not installed correctly.
Solution
This can be fixed by moving the software already installed into the Trash and re-installing the software again. If this doesnt work then try re-installing the OS and then installing the software again.
If none of these steps work contact the provider of the software as the disk you have may be faulty/corrupt.
