Problem
You open any file and want to scan and convert the text document to a audio file but get the following error:
“The current file name is inaccessible, a file of that name may currently be in use, please use another filename or close the file is use and try again”
Cause
The configuartion settings have become corrupted.
Solution
Reset the Texthelp Read & Write AppData.
You will have to reconfigure the user settings after.
