Blue Screen after installing a Kaspersky product

Problem

A blue screen appears when (or after) installing a Kaspersky product.

Cause

This can be due to a conflict with a previous version.

Solution

1. Download and run the Kaspersky Removal Tool.
2. Restart the computer and try installing again.
