Black.lst file missing or corrupted

Problem

You keep seeing an alert from your Kaspersky product saying “Black.lst file missing or corrupted”.

Solution

1. Click the Start button (Windows XP users should then click Run).
2. Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
3. Locate the Kaspersky product. Click once on it and click Change at the top.
4. Click the Repair button.
5. Once done you will need to restart the computer.
