When scanning to Readiris the program just quits

Problem

When you try to scan from ReadIris, the program exits.

Solution

1. Close all programs.
2. Go to your home folder.
3. From there, go to Library/Preferences/ and move the ‘ReadIris 11 Prefs’ folder to the Trash.
