Claro Screen Ruler won’t show settings

Problem

When you open the Claro ScreenRuler you may see the Settings window pop up and disappear or not see it at all. Because of this you are unable to change the settings or close the program.

Solution

1. Make sure ScreenRuler is closed.
• If it is still open and you cannot close it:
1. Press Ctrl+ Shift + Esc to bring up the Task Manager.
2. Click the Applications tab.
3. Click on ScreenRuler, then click End Task.
2. Press the Windows Key + R to bring up the Run window.
3. Type %appdata% and press Enter.
4. Open the “Claro_Software” folder. It has an underscore so don’t mistake this for the “Claro Software” folder.
5. Delete the folder containing ScreenRuler in the name.
6. Try opening ScreenRuler again.
