Problem When installing Microsoft Office, you get the error 25004 and the install does not complete. Solution Download and install the Windows Install Cleaner. Once installed, run the program from the Start Menu. Remove all the entries related to Microsoft Office and close the program. You can now try installing Microsoft Office again.
