.docx files download as zip files in Outlook Web Access
Problem When you download a .docx file from your email inbox which is powered by Outlook Web Access, the file downloads as a .zip file. Cause This is due to the web server configuration (which would need to be changed) where the mailserver is based, this occours in Outlook Web Accesss. Solution Contact the email administrator.
