Read & Write only scans part of the page

Problem

When using Texthelp Read & Write, the whole page is not scanner, or is scanned incorrectly.

Solution

1. On the Texthelp toolbar, click the drop down next to the scanner icon.
2. Click Scanning Options.
3. Uncheck the option ‘Hide your scanner’s configuration dialogs’ and click OK.
