Reset Claro AppData

To reset your Claro data:
  1. Close ClaroRead and Microsoft Word if they are open.
  2. Press the Windows Key + R, type %appdata% and press Enter.
  3. Rename or delete the Claro Software folder.
  4. Press the Windows Key + R, type %localappdata% and press Enter.
  5. Rename or delete the Claro Software folder.
